What payment methods does DreamShop accept?
Online payment is required before dispatch. You can pay with debit or credit cards through our secure Paystack or Flutterwave checkout. Cash or payment on delivery is not currently supported.
Why did my payment fail?
Check that your card details and balance are correct, then try again. If your bank declined the transaction, contact your bank or use another payment method.
When will I receive a refund?
Approved refunds are sent through the original payment provider. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider and may take several business days.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Card payments are handled by secure hosted payment providers. DreamShop does not store your full card number or CVV.
