How do I update my account details?
Open Account and choose Settings or Profile. Update your information, then save the changes before leaving the page.
What should I do if I cannot sign in?
Check that you are using the email address registered with DreamShop and try again. If your session expired, sign in again and return to your account page.
How do I reset my password?
Use the password reset option on the sign-in page. Follow the instructions sent to your registered email address.
How do I manage saved payment methods?
From your account, open Payment Methods to view or remove saved cards and bank accounts. Payment details are handled securely.
How do I close my account?
